Ordered too many or the wrong products? Can happen! You can return most purchases within fourteen days, in their original packaging and unused. You will get your money back. After you have registered your return with us you will receive a return number and you will have another 14 days to actually return the products. Please note: By indicating your return number correctly, we can process your return faster.


You have the right to return your purchase within fourteen days, provided the product is still in its original packaging and unused. In this case, you will receive a full refund. Be sure to register your return with us to obtain a return number. You then have another 14 days to actually return the products to us. Please note that providing the return number is essential to ensure quick processing of your return.

NOTE: We recommend that you check your order immediately upon receipt. If there are any problems with the order or if a product is damaged, we kindly ask you to notify our customer service department within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this deadline it is no longer possible to return your order.

Most products can be returned within 14 days if they are in their original packaging and unused. You will simply get your money back. 


NOTE: Always check your order as soon as you receive it. If something has gone wrong with the order or you have damage to a product, please report this to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this period it is no longer possible to return your order.

Check whether your product may be returned. Every webshop consumer has the right to revoke the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. Custom-made products are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal. 


STEP 2. 
Report your return to us. This can be done in 3 ways.

3. Enter the return number on the packing slip what you received with the products. 

STEP 3. 

Once you receive a return number, carefully pack the products in the original box or other sturdy packaging with the packing slip. Always check that the product is properly packed, as any damage caused by your own actions or the actions of the delivery driver is at your own risk. Any damage to the product received by us may mean that we deduct the cost of this from the amount to be credited.

For consumables, such as paint, in order to evaluate the product it is not necessary to unpack or open it. If you do, the product is no longer saleable and the depreciation may be 100%. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

STEP 4. 

Drop off your package at your preferred carrier/pickup point within 14 days of your return notification. Keep your shipping receipt until your return is fully processed. This allows us to track your shipment if something goes wrong. Return costs are at your own expense.

STEP 5. 
We will process your return. Once your return is processed, we will refund you. 

If you have returned a product and expect a refund, you will receive a credit invoice from us by mail with the amount to be received. You will receive this credit invoice when we have received your return shipment in good order. You can also track your return via your Track and Trace code.

We will refund the relevant amount (excluding shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal. However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.
